Content standard
A page must answer a specific user question, explain its formula or method, include realistic limitations, and provide a next step. Repeated boilerplate is not treated as meaningful content.
Calculator testing
Before publication, calculators are checked with valid and invalid inputs, U.S. and metric units, boundary values, reset behavior, hidden default results, date handling, and mobile controls. Worked examples are compared with the implemented code.
Sources
We prioritize primary research and public guidance from recognized government, clinical, and scientific organizations. Sources must relate to the page. A general disclaimer is not a substitute for supporting the actual method.
Health and pregnancy content
Pages provide general education and avoid diagnosis, treatment, emergency guidance, or individualized nutrition prescriptions. Pregnancy calculators show dating arithmetic only. Concerning symptoms, medical conditions, fluid restrictions, medication effects, and prenatal decisions require qualified care.
Advertising
Advertising must be visually distinct from calculator results and editorial content. Ads must not cover forms, trigger accidental clicks, or exceed the page’s useful publisher content. Advertising does not influence formulas, conclusions, or source selection.
Artificial intelligence and editing
Software may assist drafting, organization, and code review. Every published page must still be checked for formula consistency, source fit, duplicated language, internal-link accuracy, and unsupported claims. Automated volume is not an editorial goal.
Corrections
Reports should include the affected URL, issue, and calculator inputs when relevant. Confirmed errors are corrected promptly; meaningful content changes receive an updated review date.
